Abstrak

UMKM berorientasi keberlanjutan semakin dituntut untuk terus berinovasi agar mampu bersaing sekaligus memenuhi tanggung jawab lingkungan. Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) menjadi salah satu pendekatan penting yang dapat mendorong praktik keberlanjutan, tetapi perannya dalam memperkuat kapasitas kewirausahaan masih belum banyak dikaji. Penelitian ini bertujuan memahami bagaimana praktik GHRM—seperti rekrutmen berwawasan lingkungan, pelatihan dan edukasi hijau, pemberdayaan karyawan, serta insentif berbasis kinerja lingkungan—mampu meningkatkan kemampuan inovasi strategis pada UMKM berorientasi keberlanjutan. Melalui pendekatan mixed-methods, penelitian ini menelusuri sejauh mana GHRM membentuk perilaku pro-lingkungan karyawan, budaya berbagi pengetahuan, dan perilaku inovatif yang pada akhirnya berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan kapasitas kewirausahaan dan ketangkasan strategis usaha. Hasil penelitian diharapkan menunjukkan bahwa UMKM yang menerapkan sistem GHRM secara terintegrasi lebih mampu menciptakan jalur inovasi berkelanjutan, meningkatkan kemampuan mengenali peluang, serta beradaptasi dalam pasar hijau yang terus berkembang. Studi ini memberikan kontribusi penting bagi wacana kewirausahaan berkelanjutan dengan menunjukkan bahwa strategi pengelolaan sumber daya manusia dapat menjadi sumber keunggulan strategis dan daya saing ekologis bagi UMKM, terutama di lingkungan yang memiliki keterbatasan sumber daya.
